1. How do I pay my Utility Bill?

-You can mail a check or money order with your bill to City Hall (111 Lincoln St.).
-You can pay in person at City Hall (111 Lincoln St.).
-You can pay your bill online using our online services.
-You can use any of the two drop boxes at City Hall (111 Lincoln St).

2. I have a question regarding my water bill. Who should I contact?

All billing questions, special reads, and day to day operations will remain at the Utility Office located at 410 Investment Court. Our phone number is 608-845-6695.

3. What wastes are prohibited in the wastewater system?

-Flammable, reactive, corrosive, or radioactive substances
-Medical or infectious wastes
-Noxious materials
-Toxic substances
-Solid or viscous materials which could cause problems with flow or operation at the treatment plant
-Non-biodegradable oils
-Substances which result in the emission of hazardous gases

4. What do I do if I have a sewer backup in my house?

Most sewer back ups are caused within the pipes on the property and it is the homeowner's responsibility to take care of. Please call a plumber. Sometimes the back up is in the lines on the street and that is our responsibility. Please call the Public Works Department at (608) 845-6695. They may need to view the lines from the street to see if there is a problem.
