Playground Program 2023

Come Out & Play!

This is the 22nd year for the Playground Program! This program is for kids age 5 to 12.  Our college- and high school-aged staff will lead kids in planned activities each day, so come ready to play new games and make fun crafts! We’ll even go on a few local field trips!

Locations

The Playground Program is held in different locations for your convenience. If you live on the east side, Tollefson or Cathedral Park would be most convenient. If you live closer to downtown, Veteran’s Park may be the best choice. If you live closer to the west side, you might want to choose Harriet Park.  Select the site that is most convenient for you.

Online Program Registration

Register early as this program fills up quickly!
Due to program popularity, registration is available to City of Verona residents* ONLY until 2/27/23.

 *Please note that residents are those who live within the city limits of the City of Verona. Mailing address or school district attendance do not necessarily indicate residency status.

The Playground Program will run from June 19 to August 18, 2023 (except July 3rd & 4th). The registration deadline is June 12, 2023.

Refund policy: 

• The standard refund policy will apply to all requested cancellations up to one month before the start date.
• Requested cancellations within a month of the start date will receive a 50% refund. 
• No refunds will be given after the start date.
