Country View Road (Epic Lane - CTH PD)

General Project Information:

A new segment of Country View Road from approximately 0.8 miles north of Milky Way (south limit) to approximately 900’south of County Highway PD (north limit).  The project will include a two (2) lane rural section that will relocate the existing Country View Road to the west of the existing houses on Country View Road. 

The goal is to provide a secondary access point from the north via County Highway PD for Epic’s planned campus growth.  Existing roadway infrastructure along Northern Lights Road is at capacity and cannot handle additional traffic during the weekday AM and PM peak hours.

Public Information Meetings:

A public information meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 15, 2023, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, with a short presentation at 5:30pm.  It will be an open house format at Verona City Hall, 111 Lincoln Street, Verona, WI 53593. A mailing was sent to adjacent businesses and residences.  The mailing sent is linked below for reference.

Traffic Impacts:

CTH PD will remain open during construction.   Access to adjacent properties will be accommodated during construction.   Temporary closures will occur to driveways and will be coordinated with the property owners as necessary.
